We have enjoyed Kitchen a lot this week. The focus was on developing our knife skills. We did lots of cutting! We learnt how to cut and how to be safe using knives.


Some important rules are:

  • You can never get or use a knife without permission.
  • You have to use a basket to carry your knife every time you need to go somewhere with it, because your knife might hurt someone if you drop it.
  • Form a crab claw or bear paw. Keeping your fingernails out of view: don’t forget the thumb.
