Tour Booking Form
We warmly invite you to come and visit our school for a tour with our Principal. Please utilise this Booking Form to join a tour, or contact our school office via 9584 5805 or kingston.heath.ps@education.vic.gov.au to arrange an alternative time.
For students entering Foundation (Prep) in 2025, applications are due to your preferred primary school by Friday 26th July. Please note that children enrolling in Foundation must be 5 years of age by 30th April of their Foundation year.
Preparation for Foundation
Prospective families are invited to attend a school tour to meet our leadership and teaching team, visit our learning spaces and find out more about our school. Tours are held weekly at 9:30a.m on Tuesday mornings. An alternative time can be made if the Tuesday tour does not suit your family. For all tours, bookings are essential and can be made by contacting the school on 9854 5805.
Enrolment Process
To enrol at Kingston Heath Primary School your child must turn 5 years old by April 30th in the year they begin school.
2025 Foundation (Prep) enrolments
Kingston Heath Primary School follows the Department of Education (DE) statewide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline.
The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation (Prep) at a Victorian government primary school, including Kingston Heath Primary School. The timeline applies for all children starting Foundation (Prep) in 2025.

You will be able to apply to enrol your child in Foundation (Prep) 2025 at Kingston Heath Primary School from 15 April 2024.
What parents/carers need to do:
- Contact our school Kingston Heath Primary School on 9584 5805 to book a school tour or to learn more about our school and the enrolment application process
- Download the Foundation (Prep) enrolment information pack from Enrolling in Foundation (Prep) (available from 15 April 2024)
- Submit an enrolment application for Foundation (Prep) by Friday 26 July 2024
- You will be notified of the outcome of your application by Friday 9 August 2024. If you receive an offer of placement, you should contact our school to accept the offer by Friday 23 August 2024
- Take part in enrolment information and transition sessions during Term 4, 2024
- Your child will start Foundation (Prep) from Wednesday 30 January 2025.
Foundation (Prep) enrolment applications submitted after 26 July 2024 will be processed by our school as they are received, in accordance with the department’s Placement Policy.
For student enrolments for all other year levels (ie. Years 1-6) please contact the school to arrange a tour and learn more about the enrolment process.
Our School Zone
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.
Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.
