Term 3 has arrived! Level 2 are looking forward to another productive and exciting time.

In the last week of Term 2, Year 1A won the footy day challenge, receiving front row seats at the teacher vs student footy game. This year the students were loyal and largely supported the teachers, despite the freezing conditions. Perhaps they knew it was report writing season!

The writing genre that we are focusing on at the start of term is persuasive texts, which integrates into our new Inquiry unit ‘Who We Are’. The Central Idea of our unit is ‘Choices people make affect their health and well-being’. Making healthy choices creates happy children!
