It will be a very busy month around Kingston Heath in November. Some of the best golfers in the world will descend on the area, as Kingston Heath Golf Club will host the World Cup of Golf from November 24^th to 27^th.

On Monday 18^th July, 28 of our Year 5 students were invited to Kingston Heath Golf Club to begin the celebrations and help launch this prestigious event. Each student was given a flag representing each of the participating countries and got to pose with the enormous Canada Cup, the trophy for the winning country. The photo appeared in The Herald Sun (page 8) the following day.

The students again, set a very high benchmark for behaviour and their level of co-operation with the organisers was a pleasure to witness. Thanks to Cheltenham Secondary for driving us there and to Kingston Heath Golf Club for the opportunity to share in this unique experience.
