Yoga in Level 2

The Level 2 students have been enjoying learning about themselves through the yoga sessions held each Tuesday. They have learnt about remaining calm, using deep breathing to help themselves feel better and how to relax themselves. The students have enjoyed being cats, lions, surfers, and using stones to focus their concentrations. They have also learned gentle ways to stretch their muscles and increase their flexibility. Each students has made fantastic progress and is able to name his/her favourite poses and demonstrate them to the rest of the class. Here are some of the students practising during the sessions:
